What is a repackaged Thermostat? A repackaged thermostat is a thermostat which was never sold because of poor packaging (torn box) or a thermostat that was returned to a store for various reasons. All thermostats are then re-tested to assure that they function perfectly!

Are ALL your thermostats "repackaged"? NO, only the CT line of thermostats are repackaged and we make note of this on the order page. All other thermostats are new and come with the same warranty. All our thermostats are labeled either "new" or "repackaged" for your convenience!

Is there a warranty? All our thermostats come with a complete 1 year warranty and our customers are able to make returns to Air-n-Water (or Honeywell if you like). We are so sure of our products that we guarantee new and repackaged thermostats. While other on-line stores will have you send returns to the manufacturer for a long waiting period, we take care of the customer directly.

Are these thermostats "refurbished"? By law the "refurbished" sticker appears on the box. In reality though, the electronics are never touched, the thermostats are tested and if they do not pass the test they are discarded.
